Hola! Mi nombre es Maia, soy instructora de Tai Chi Chuan y Chi Kung. Inicié mis estudios en julio del 2012 en Argentina y desde que comencé nunca abandone las practicas. En diciembre del 2018 hasta mayo del 2019 tuve el agrado de internarme en una escuela de artes marciales en China, allí profundice muchos en estas disciplinas y aprendí otras, además conocí un poco de su diversidad cultural. En 2016 di principio a la enseñanza presencial y en 2020 debido a la pandemia incorpore la modalidad virtual. En paralelo (desde mis inicios) hice capacitaciones en yoga, pilates, entrenamiento personal, anatomía y biomecánica, stretching, gimnasia postural y clases regules de karate, idioma chino, tai chi / chi kung estilo wudang entre otras cosas. Mi metodología de enseñanza es practica. Comenzamos con una pequeña meditación, respiraciones, calentamiento articular, ejercicios de equilibrio y fuerza, estiramiento... luego nos enfocamos en lo mas especifico de la practica. En las clases hacemos ejercicios complementarios para naturalizar los movimientos. Ejercicios coordinativos. Ejercicios de respiración. Qi Gong. Movilidad corporal y soltura. Cada Uno trabaja desde sus posibilidades. Me gusta interactuar con los estudiantes y enfocar la clase en base a sus necesidades, siempre con intención de avanzar gradual y amorosamente.
