Hola, soy Luisa. Soy guatemalteca de origen y soy instructora de Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Strong Nation (HIIT), Pilates, Pilates pared, yoga, Body Pump, body balance y Pound Pro Fitness. Ademas, soy coach nutricional, por lo que en mis clases ademas de ejercitar, te guio y te ayudo a alcanzar una vida mas sana y a cumplir tus objetivos. En mis clases solo hay una regla: Divertirse y pasarla bien. Yo voy llevando paso a paso la clase a modo de que te beneficies al maximo de ella al mismo tiempo que fortaleces musculos, incrementas tu agilidad y desarrollas coordinacion. He impartido clases durante 2 años en Corea del Sur, y actualmente lo he hecho desde el 2020 en Madrid. Te invito a que conozcas lo que hago y los beneficios que obtendras.
