Hi everybody. My name is Luis I am a Cuban-Spanish English coach with a TEFL certificate, and certificates from the Arizona University and more than 11 years of experience in effective teaching. I´ve worked at different centers helping students pass their exams and have a positive perspective of English. I have also dedicated part of my teaching career to the private sector as a speaking coach, and I developed a really special and singular method of teaching total beginners which they appreciate a lot. Even when they feel they can´t learn I prove them wrong. I have tested my methodology repeatedly with great results. I am very empathetic, goal oriented and disciplined. I enjoy dedicating my time to teaching and I have a very curious background regarding beginnings with English, which I would like to share with you if you decide to take my instructions. After you hear my story you would understand why I am absolutely sure that you can learn or improve your skills if you have a genuine motivation and are persitence . I am fond of neuroscience and learning in general. My main goal is help you to get fluent in this language and that you feel like talking to a friend all the time so that you can focus only in active speaking and listening in a relaxed way. I am very easygoing and I love working with humble people, I have taught English to a huge variety of students with different leveles and challenges and I´ve had amazing results, I have prepared students for job interviews, tests, travel, and more. English is learned quickly when you dedicate time and adopt the right approach because many times the problem is that you say you want to learn but your actions are not aligned with your words. There is also the case of people who have been studying for ages and they don´t look like going anywhere and that is sometimes due to wrong procedures or a lack of plan, or because they are following someone else´s path thinking that if that person learned in a given way you should also learn in the same way, and you are wrong, because you are unique and not all the methods and teaching styles are gonna work for you so you need to find your own way and that my friend is better with a teacher who knows what to do and how to do it and who is committed one hundred percent to your progress because your advance as a student is his or her pride as a teacher. In addition, try to meet a teacher who is passionate about your success and willing to accept your challenges, and remember this, hard work is going to pay off in the end. Never back down .See you!
