I graduated from Xi'an International Studies University with a major in German Language and Literature. During my internship, I worked for a travel agency and led a total of about 15 German teams to visit the Terracotta Warriors, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, etc., and enjoyed Tang Dynasty song and dance performances, etc.
After that, I worked at a university and taught basic German for ten years. Learning a language is not an easy task, especially for college students who have never been exposed to German. Maintaining students' enthusiasm and interest in learning is the first priority. At the same time, strict requirements on basic grammar are the principles of my teaching method.
After the 2008 Olympics, China's economy developed rapidly, and entrepreneurship was the trend of the times. Therefore, I resigned from the university in 2015 and started a catering company with a friend. From scratch to something, from small to large, I got to know more about and get to know customers from all walks of life, as well as practitioners from upstream and downstream of the catering industry, and also understood the fresh and huge changes in China.
The Chinese economy is currently in a downturn, so I have plenty of time. My wife works in the new energy field, which requires her to travel frequently to Europe and the Middle East. She has learned that foreign friends who know Chinese are very popular in the job market.
My advantage is that I have ten years of teaching experience in a regular university and ten years of entrepreneurship, so I have a fresh understanding of the development of various aspects of China.
