Hello everyone, my name is Liu Qun, and I am a front-line teacher with five years of teaching experience. Although I am not proficient in English, I have accumulated solid practical experience in mother tongue teaching and classroom management, and I have always been committed to a teaching approach that suits students' growth.
For the past five years, I have primarily been responsible for teaching Chinese language and Moral and Legal Education in primary schools. In the classroom, I use vivid real-life examples and engaging interactive games to break the monotony and make the knowledge relevant to students' understanding. I design differentiated tasks for students with varying levels of ability, patiently guiding introverted students to express themselves and encouraging outgoing students to unleash their creativity, helping every child build confidence in their learning. After class, I maintain regular communication with parents, providing timely feedback on students' progress at school and actively listening to family needs, thus forming a collaborative effort between home and school.
Beyond teaching, I never stop learning. I regularly study educational books, observe high-quality open classes, learn advanced teaching methods, and integrate them into my own classrooms. I also refine my lesson plans repeatedly during preparation, constantly optimizing the teaching process based on students' classroom responses. I firmly believe that the core of education is accompanying students' growth with love, patience, and responsibility, rather than simply imparting knowledge.
Looking ahead, I hope to continue contributing to the teaching profession, using my professional skills to safeguard students' growth. I also look forward to working with colleagues and parents to create a better learning environment for children.
