About me

Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Leo and I am 26 years old. I was born in Peru but grew up in Germany ever since I was five. This bilingual and bicultural upbringing of mine has shaped my character, interests and academic career in many differen forms. One example would be my huge interest for languages and cultures, which then again led me to studying English and Latin American Cultural Studies. Another example would be my love and interest for living abroad and submerging myself in the local cultures. So far I have lived in eight different cities in five different countries and I have enjoyed every single one of them. In my free time I love to spend time with friends and family. Furthermore I really enjoy travelling and cooking, listening to music in every language imaginable and going or hikes and walks. I love sharing my knowledge about languages and their respective cultures with others, sparking the same interest in other people and seeing their face light up when they learn something new they never expected!
