3D modeling/texturing and 2D design/editing teacher, with 15 years of experience.

Hello! 😊 I’m Laura, a specialist in 3D modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, and hair creation for characters, props, and environments. I also have experience in motion graphics with After Effects, graphic design with Photoshop, and video editing. I have over 15 years of experience in the industry, having worked on films like Sonic 3, the Knuckles series for Paramount, cinematics for video games such as Riders Republic, Ghostrunner, and Dead by Daylight, as well as advertisements for brands like Dior, Gatorade, and IGA. Currently, I am dedicated to teaching, aiming to guide and facilitate my students' learning. I adapt to each student's needs and teach in a practical and clear manner. Here’s a bit more about my experience: -Solid experience in modeling, sculpting, UV mapping, retopology, texturing and PBR materials, texture baking, creating hair and fur for characters and animals, lighting, and rendering. -Experience in projects ranging from hyper-realistic to stylized work, including PBR and low poly for video games. -Skills in animation with After Effects, motion graphics, and video editing. -Proficient in software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Blender, Unreal Engine 5, Yeti, Arnold, Vray, Redshift, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
