Lamija

Hello everyone! I am Lamija, a Biology tutor. I hold a BSc and an MPhil in Genetics from the University of Manchester (UK). I have taught modules in Biochemistry and Genetics in English at a local university in Bosnia and Herzegovina (a lovely country in South-East Europe). Biology is a wonderful subject. The cell is invisible to the eye yet is the basic unit of life! Understanding how the cell works and communicates with other cells is fascinating. Biology addresses lots of cool questions. How do molecules make up a cell? How do transport systems function in plants and animals? How does our organism fight diseases? What is photosynthesis? And lots of more questions are answered in biology to help us to understand the world we live in. I love to pass my knowledge in biology to others, and my teaching strategies are tailored to each individual student’s needs. I help students to speed up their learning, improve their understanding and boost their grades. I get inner peace and satisfaction when I see my students reach their goals! 🥳
