After 27 years in the NHS, as an academic neurosurgeon, teaching medical students and doctors, I have a passion to inspire scientific curiosity. I use kindness and gentle encouragement to allow students to build resilience and confidence. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the student. Expect interactive discussions and clinical case studies that breathe life into complex biological concepts. Students will connect textbook theories to my practical experience in medical and scientific contexts, fostering critical thinking and a practical understanding of the subject matter. My passion is to help students achieve their potential and flourish – not to didactically deliver knowledge to them. I aim to bring biology to life and inspire my students.
