Want to play the fiddle? I'll give you the basics and help you discover your passion!

Hi there! I'm Kerri Javorka, I am a professional fiddle player specializing in folk-styles from the USA, Scotland and Ireland. I started playing at 8 years old and have been playing professionally for 15 years- in bands, groups, and ensembles of all genres including traditional Irish, rock, country, folk, and more. I have several years of experience teaching beginning students how to start playing the violin with an emphasis on basic technique and enjoying the instrument as quickly as possible. Getting my students to a place where they can play expressively and have fun with their violin is my main goal! I am happy to work with adults and children alike.
