Problem-Solving Maths with Intuitive Analogies

I am passionate about mathematics and physics, and I have spent years enjoying the challenge of solving problems both in my free time and in the classroom. For me, mathematics is not just a tool — it is a way of thinking, of exploring the world, and of finding beauty in logic. Whether applied or pure, recreational or formal, every problem is an opportunity to discover something new. I offer private tutoring in Mathematics and Physics for all levels, from primary school through to university. My approach is not about memorizing formulas or mechanically repeating procedures. Instead, every class is designed so that the student truly understands what they are doing: why it works, what it is for, and how it connects to the real world. To achieve this, I use carefully chosen analogies that make even the most abstract concepts feel intuitive and accessible. I also integrate the best digital tools available today, such as Desmos and the graphing calculator, which allow students to visualize functions, explore transformations, and experiment with mathematical ideas in an interactive way. I further incorporate artificial intelligence in a pedagogical manner, as a resource that complements learning and prepares students for the modern world. My goal is for every student not only to succeed, but to enjoy the journey. To leave each class with a new way of looking at problems, with greater confidence in their own abilities, and with a genuine desire to keep learning.
