Estudió Turismo en el Instituto Europeo para el Turismo, luego hizo un Diplomado en Lengua y Cultura Italiana, en el Instituto Dante Alighieri, en la ciudad de Milán Italia. Se inició profesionalmente en el año 1993 en la ciudad de Caracas en la Gerencia de Comercialización y ventas del departamento de Reservaciones y Control de Espacio de la Línea Aérea Aeropostal, luego continúo su trayectoria profesional en Agencias de viajes, Tour operadores, Hoteles y Mayoristas de turismo Nacionales e Internacionales. En el año 2012 comenzó oficialmente con su marca personal JSA Consultor Turismo, donde ofrece servicios de Consultoría de viajes y turismo, Asesoría para empresas turísticas, Representaciones, Mercadeo y ventas, Formación del Talento Humano, Foros, Charlas, Conversatorios y Conferencias. Desde el año 2017 inicia servicios de Coaching y Formación en temas de Atención al Cliente, Tráfico Aéreo, Turismo y Hotelería.
