About me

Language student willing to make you improve so much with this language.

My name is Iolanda and I am an Italian student studying in the UK. After attending the Classical High School courses in Sarzana (SP), in October 2017 I moved to England (more precisely to Colchester) where I have now lived for almost four years. Through an Italian agency, I worked there for a year in a Kenyan family; my job was to take care of two children as I was their au pair. In the meantime in February 2018 I attended English language courses at a Language Academy and achieved the C1 Cambridge level. After almost a year in the UK I decided it was my intention to start a degree there and so I did. Next year I will be graduating in Modern Languages at the University of Essex. I chose this degree in particular because I always thought it could give me the right tools to be connected to the world in general, and then to a very wide work field. I am very passionate and curious about what I am acquiring at the moment but also I am a very dynamic person continuosly willing to discover new concepts. Infact, during the past years at University, I have achieved a B2 level of Spanish and French as well. Through these certifications and following my experience in England, I have decided to help improve or learn languages ​​for those who need it. Since 2019 many students have been able to improve their knowledge thanks to my teaching and the learning methods I proposed.
