About me

Hello! My name is Ignacio, I am from Argentina and I am an advanced pure mathematics student at the university of Buenos Aires. I have been tutoring students for two years here, mostly in the subjects of Algebra, Linear Algebra and Abstract Algebra, which I have a passion for :) I am inclined to believe that in order to be able to learn university mathematics properly, the student must understand the concepts rather than just try to memorise formulas. Therefore, the approach I take in my classes is exactly that: trying to deeply understand a concept and the applying it to the practical situations. I have 2 years of experience in tutoring students from different universities in my country. I work with a graphic tablet and use software to write down class notes, which are later sent to the student in PDF format. My classes are designed in advance, in order to optimise the time as much as possible. They can either focus on theoretical knowledge (for people without prior knowledge), or can be a balance between practice and theory. You choose! Understanding concepts over memorizing formulas is the key to mastering university mathematics. With 2 years of experience and a passion for Algebra, Lineal Algebra, and Abstract Algebra, I will guide you through practical applications of concepts. Personalized classes with PDF notes included.
