My name is Hernán Alejo Martí. I am a lawyer and educator with more than 21 years of experience in both the legal and educational fields. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the opportunity to teach at various educational levels, from introductory training courses to university settings and professional development programs. This journey has allowed me to work with diverse student profiles, different learning styles, and, above all, has reaffirmed something I’ve always believed: every person is unique—and so is the way they learn.
Throughout my career, I’ve always aimed to make my classes more than just the transmission of content. I deeply believe that teaching also means accompanying, and that knowledge gains true value when it can be understood, applied, and shared. That’s why, from the very beginning, I set out to be an innovative educator, using every tool at my disposal to make learning accessible, clear, and engaging.
I like to think of my classes as dynamic spaces, where beyond covering theoretical content, we can analyze real-life cases, debate, ask questions, solve concrete situations, and above all, build knowledge together. I use digital tools, interactive resources, and participatory methodologies, always tailored to the abilities and interests of each group.
One of the fundamental pillars of my teaching approach is empathy. I understand that each student has their own context, challenges, and strengths, and my role is to support them with respect, attentive listening, and understanding. My goal is for students to feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to take ownership of their learning process.
Ultimately, I’m an educator who strives to create human connections as well as academic ones, who teaches from experience but also from the humility of knowing there is always more to learn. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
Where are the lessons held?

How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options: - Debit / Credit - Paypal Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

Le mie lezioni sono molto coinvolgenti, mai noiose e molto utili per ricordare i concetti che spiego, dato che utilizzo molti esempi pratici per spiegare le mie materie.
Ho lavorato in varie aziende ed ho avuto molte esperienze lavorative in diversi settori e posizioni. Negli ultimi 10 anni lavoro in una grande azienda del territorio piacentino ed ho acquistito tantissima esperienza, dato che ho svolto diverse mansioni che mi hanno dato la possibilità di conoscere l'azienda nella sua complessità.
Credo che, oltre alla mia grande passione per l'insegnamento, spiegare i concetti in modo teorico e successivamente fare tanti esempi pratici sia il biglietto vincente per coinvolgere i miei studenti e per fargli apprezzare anche materie che possono trovare difficili o noiose.
Dopo tanti anni di lavoro in azienda, ho deciso di effettuare un cambiamento e lavoro da quasi un anno part-time, per avere la possibilità di dare lezioni private e studiare per l'esame di abilitazione ad insegnante di ruolo nelle scuole superiori.
Le mie materie di studio possono sembrare noiose e difficili ma le amo talmente tanto che i miei studenti riescono ad apprezzare e a capire il valore di apprendere quelle nozioni per il loro futuro inserimento lavorativo o percorso di studi universitario,
Posso aiutare anche i ragazzi e i bambini che frequentano le scuole primarie in tutti i compiti poichè ho conseguito la maturità classica e quindi le mie competenze non si limitano solo alle materie di economia, diritto e affini studiate negli istituti tecnici e professionali.
Posso seguire anche ragazzi anche con disabilità perchè ho già insegnato a ragazzi non vedenti e con disturbi più o meno gravi di apprendimento, concentrazione, dislessia etc.
Il mio compenso orario si aggira sui 15 euro ma abbasso la mia tariffa in base al numero di ore svolte di lezioni.
