Nutritionist and Food Coach Would you like to discover what is behind the way you feed yourself? We will make weekly practical exercises. Of course this whole process has to be accompanied by knowledge, so also will review the properties of food, hormonal cascade effects, how they influence your emotions in your diet and vice versa. Identify your main emotions that make your decisions and behaviors to work with them. You will have constant support all the way.
