Ho avuto una interessante esperienza come Lettore di lingua Italiana per stranieri ef ho ricoperto l'incarico di Promotore Culturale per conto del Ministero Affarie Esteri italiano. In Romania, dove svolgevo tale ruolo alla Facoltà di Lingue romanze della Università di Timisoara, ho anche insegnato Letteratura italiana e coordinato Progetti di certificazione internazionale. In qualità di Promotore culturale, per oltre 4 anni accademici, ho organizzato, coordinato e collaborato alla attuazione di Progetti per la promozione della cultura italiana. Ho svolto conferenze e seminari oltre che pubblicato alcuni articoli per conto della Università in cui ho lavorato.Sono anche riuscito ad invitare artisti italiani ed organizzare spettacoli ed iniziative compreso un gemellaggio tra La Università di Timisoarae le Università del Pimonte dell'Est, nel 2006, a seguito della organizzazione in Piemonte delle Olimpiadi invernali. Ho coordinato con quelle università un Road Tour che nella sede di timisoara si è poi concretizzato con un concerto all'aperto di cui sono stato repsonsabile e che ha avuto eco sulla stampa locale.
