As a C2 level (proficiency) and CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certified teacher with more than 3000h of teaching experience, every student may expect, since 2019 (full time), a complete preparation of all English language skills (listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing) as well as preparation lessons for certified tittle exams of their language knowledge and skills. As a native Portuguese, I also teach Portuguese (Portugal) lessons with the aim of developing conversational skills using my native language. The main focus on these lessons is pronunciation, vocabulary and language context of Portuguese (formal and informal) My commitment with the students is to provide them a teaching/learning environment in which they feel comfortable to communicate inhibited and not scared of making mistakes both in Portuguese and English. Francisco es un Profesional en el mejor sentido de la palabra. Siempre muy atento y sabe escuchar y entender las dudas del alumno. Da muchos ejemplos y usos prácticos adaptados al contexto de cada uno. Al mismo tiempo, la clase fluye y nunca se hace aburrida. Si fuese posible, le daría 6 estrellas :) La única razón por la que no lo recomendaría a todo el mundo es que si lo hago, entonces me sería imposible encontrar un hueco en su agenda para reservar más clases con él 😂

Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
