Hey everybody! I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker from Rio de Janeiro. I have lived in Canada for the past 8 years and have a native like fluency of English. I also speak Spanish and French and I am currently learning German (intermediary level) and Italian (beginner), so I understand all of the struggles of learning a new language. I have been teaching languages since my last year of high school and through my experience I developped my own method. Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?
