My experience includes designing and implementing innovative educational programs that have significantly improved students' academic performance. In Cuba, I worked in basic secondary education, where I honed my pedagogical skills. Later, in South Africa, I collaborated in advising primary school teachers for five years, adapting educational approaches to different cultural contexts. Among my achievements is creating a mathematics program for secondary and primary level students using new technologies that increase exam results, and advising new teachers, promoting a student-centered pedagogical approach. I am committed to education and believe in the transformative power of mathematics. I developed a master's thesis on solving equations by levels of cognitive performance, where various activities were developed according to the student's level of learning without varying the objectives to be achieved. This thesis helped me obtain a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Sciences.
