Hello, my name is Emma, and I am in my second year of undergrad studying BSc Bioengineering. I teach: KS2 maths, GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Combined Sciences, SQA National 4, 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Biology and Chemistry, and A level Biology, Chemistry and Psychology I describe myself as a patient, empathetic, and intentional science teacher who loves to educate and guide, and doesn't give up on students, making sure the lesson given fulfils their academic goals. As a tutor, I will also provide helpful resources tailored to students' interests and learning styles to spark curiosity and help my students reach their goals. A typical lesson will include some pre-work to prepare for the lesson, then discuss strengths and weaknesses on the topic, and work through past papers and challenges to strengthen knowledge and application of the topics to exams and real life.
