About me

Online Maths Tutor with 25+ Years' Experience | Primary & Middle School

Hello! I am Dr. Muhammad Mahmood Aslam Bhutta, a PhD-qualified educator with more than 25 years of teaching experience. I offer online Mathematics and Physics lessons in English, particularly for primary and middle-school students up to Grade 8. I enjoy explaining fundamental Mathematics and Science concepts in a simple, patient and friendly way. My goal is not to make a subject complicated, but to help each student understand why a method works and then develop confidence through practice. In Mathematics, I can help with arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios, basic algebra, geometry, mathematical logic, word problems, homework and school-test preparation. In Physics, I focus on age-appropriate fundamentals such as motion, forces, energy, heat, sound, basic electricity and introductory scientific concepts. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to the student's age, school level, textbook and individual learning needs. I explain concepts step by step, work through examples together and then encourage the student to solve similar problems independently. I completed my PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), Austria, and lived in Austria for approximately four years. This international academic experience has helped me work comfortably with students from different educational and cultural backgrounds. I particularly welcome primary and middle-school students who need patient explanations, help with homework, stronger fundamentals or greater confidence in Mathematics and Physics. I would be very happy to meet you and help make these subjects easier and more enjoyable!
