Hi I'm Daniel Knoop a full time musician from Germany who is currently based in Nepal. I studied classical guitar with Frank Bungarten, one of the best guitarists on this planet and I keep being curious in discovering more about music! I enjoy many different types of music and so I started learning an ancient Indian bowed instrument 2 years ago. This opened the door to a vast ocean of music that I'm grateful for to discover. Each person is unique and I'm interested in finding this special voice in every student. I invite you to find out together what your heart wants to tell the world through music! You want to learn how to play chords, melodies, sing, use all your fingers to do all at once and bring the magic out of your guitar? Well I'm here to support you on your personal journey and guide your way through the wonderful world of music! I'm open to each student's individual interest and talent, no matter what age or level. Although I studied western classical music I can help you with different styles like rock, pop, soul, blues, folk, southamerican or medicine music by musicians like e.g. Rainer Scheurenbrand. You will learn basic aspects of music theory, rhythm and techniques to develop your playing. Further I'm integrating singing exercises from the ancient Indian classical tradition which will help you understand all musical genres and give you more freedom in expressing what you want to hear on your instrument. I got my masters of music in 2017 at the music conservatory Hannover (Germany) and have around 25 years of playing and 15 years of teaching experience.
