Hello! My name is Christie and I am a Spanish tutor. I am also a native English speaker and live in the United States. If you are interested in learning either Spanish or English, I would be happy to discuss your goals with you and create an individualized lesson plan. I have a BA in Spanish and have worked as a Spanish teacher at a language immersion school. I have also volunteered as an English tutor for a local refugee education program. In addition to my role here, I work for another company, where I teach Spanish to young learners ages 2-15. I am also pursuing a Master's degree in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology. My fluency level has been confirmed by the national STAMP test. In the past four years, I have studied under total immersion in Spain and Ecuador, volunteered in Panama, and traveled through Guatemala. This spring, I will travel to Mexico and Honduras.
