As a passionate teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching German at school in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, I have decided to explore new learning environments and focus on online teaching primarily for adults. Throughout my career, I have worked with entire classes and provided individualized teaching. While my primary focus has been on teaching beginners, I have also worked with higher proficiency levels, as many of my students came from German-speaking families and were either advanced or had German or Swiss German as their mother tongue. My teaching style encompasses structured lessons using textbooks, as well as supplementary materials such as short novels and videos, to develop all language skills: writing, reading, listening, and speaking. Given the diverse backgrounds and age of my students, I find it very important to tailor my teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each one. Growing up with a German mother, I spoke German at home and Italian at school due to its regional prominence, which made me bilingual. Additionally, I am fluent in French, have a good command of English, and am currently learning Swedish. My bilingualism helps me better understand the challenges of the learners, as my two languages differ significantly in pronunciation and partially in grammar. My psychology bachelor's degree has significantly enhanced my understanding of human behavior and learning processes.

• Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
• How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
• Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
• Where are the lessons held?
