Italian Lessons with a CEDILS Tutor

Hi, my name is Beatrice. I am a teacher and specialist translator, with years of experience teaching students of all ages and with different levels of preparation. My interest in teaching started when I was a student and worked part-time supporting studies and tutoring. After completing my studies in Foreign Languages and Economics, I obtained a degree in Economics and Business at the University of Florence, and continued to study the subject of didactics and specialized translation. I also worked on Intercomprehension between Romance Languages and I obtained , at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice , the CEDILS Certification as an expert in teaching Italian to foreigners. My teaching method is designed to make the student the "protagonist" of his own training path. From the first lesson it is important to define the level of knowledge in order to outline the most suitable programme for achieving the objectives set. For this reason I create the study materials also thanks to my experience as a specialist translator. My classes are aimed at students of all ages, to start or deepen the study of the Italian Language, to improve conversation or for specific areas such as grammar, vocabulary, economics and law or preparation for CELI/CILS.
