Mathematics Professor (Ph.D.) | 7+ Years of Teaching Excellence

Hi everyone, My name is Walid. I hold a doctorate in Mathematics and am currently a professor at the University of Applied Sciences. I began teaching mathematics privately in 2017, while I was working toward my master’s degree. Since then, I have taught students from sixth grade through PhD level across a variety of disciplines. I am fully trilingual: I teach in English, French, and Arabic. I can prepare you for a wide range of mathematics examinations and competitions, including the SSAT, SAT Math, GRE Mathematics Subject Test, AMC (American Mathematics Competitions), the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge, and many others. My expertise spans all core areas of undergraduate mathematics Algebra, Linear Algebra, Analysis, Probability, and Statistics and I have extensive experience with LaTeX (Overleaf). I can help you write, edit, and polish your projects and theses to professional standards. I look forward to helping you achieve your mathematical goals!

I really like my lessons with Walid. He explains everything step by step and makes sure you actually understand what’s going on, not just how to get the answer. He always shares his screen and takes the time to go through any questions you have. He also shares extra rules and tips that make things easier and help you in the long run. You can tell he really knows math inside out. He always has the explanation ready and knows exactly what he’s doi ... ng. Math is definitely much more understandable now. Things actually make sense. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a math teacher.
