Chemistry made simple and fun. Ready to understand, not just memorise? Let’s talk!
I teach Physics and Chemistry from school level through undergraduate level, focusing on understanding rather than memorisation. My goal is to make complex topics clear, logical, and connected to real-world applications.
I begin by understanding each student’s current knowledge, learning style, and goals. I then build concepts step by step, starting with the fundamentals before moving to more advanced material. I use simple explanations, worked examples, diagrams, and practical applications to make difficult ideas easier to understand.
For **Physics**, I focus on developing strong conceptual understanding alongside mathematical problem-solving skills. We work through topics such as mechanics, electricity and magnetism, waves, thermodynamics, modern physics, and other areas relevant to the student’s course.
For **Chemistry**, I combine conceptual explanations with problem-solving and application. Depending on the level, we can cover topics such as atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibrium, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry.
At undergraduate level, I place greater emphasis on deeper reasoning, mathematical techniques, derivations, and applying theories to unfamiliar problems.
My lessons are interactive rather than lecture-based. I encourage students to ask questions, explain their reasoning, and actively participate in solving problems. I also use exam-style questions and regular practice to identify weaknesses and track progress.
Whether a student is preparing for an exam, struggling with a particular topic, or simply wants to strengthen their understanding, I adapt each lesson to their individual needs and pace. My aim is not only to help students achieve better results, but also to develop their confidence and ability to learn independently.
