My name is Ana Guerra, a C2-German certified tutor from Galicia, Spain.
I know how overwhelming it is having so many options to learn German. So many apps, courses, techniques, resources. It's crazy!
I have 5+ years experience teaching German, and a total 10 years experience teaching languages (English C2).
Because I really want to save you time and spare you all the hit-and-miss, hard work, failed attempts and frustration, my methodology is unique:
Special methodology features
As a beginner (anywhere in A levels), Sound Blending is the missing piece that secures proper speaking and listening skills later on.
Thisis, you learn how to combine German letters, syllables and words following the same natural and logical progression German children use to successfully read aloud correctly everything they read.
This is the main foundation for the learning of meanings and rules that comes later.
In my vast experience coaching learners from all backgrounds, countries and levels, a problem with the German sound system tends to be the most recurrent one, which is why I created my first very own Course Series called German Particles which is aimed at you sounding right each time and setting proper foundations for A1-A2. Aside from this, I have course creation experience with Story Learning (UK).
Completely adapted to you
Depending on your level, we will focus on the specific areas you need to improve. I take into account your learner profile, including your strengths and weaknesses, so we may do a bit of everything depending on you (vocabulary learning, grammar, spontaneous speaking practice, sound blending practice, etc...)
Anyone can make use of all the free resources out there to learn mechanically. We won't do the same repeating and recycling what is out there and you can do on your own. Rather, we will actively use the language as needed. To become yourself in German, that's the goal and what I realistically can help you with

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
Where are the lessons held?
The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options: - Debit / Credit - Paypal Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
