I am an art historian trained between Italy and the UK, with a strong background in cultural heritage, visual culture, and the humanities. My work is grounded in a comparative and interdisciplinary approach, connecting art history with broader visual and cultural frameworks. I work with students preparing exams or theses who often feel overwhelmed by large amounts of material and a lack of clear structure. Many struggle not because the subject is too complex, but because the information is fragmented and difficult to organize into a coherent narrative. My method does not add more information, but focuses on organizing what you already have and building a solid framework that allows you to study, understand, and present with confidence. Through the analysis of artworks, historical contexts, and key ideas, we develop meaningful connections and avoid learning based on isolated facts or passive memorization. From the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, and through to contemporary art and visual culture, the goal is to develop clarity, critical thinking, and independence in the learning process. The focus is not only on knowing the material, but on understanding how to structure it, interpret it, and communicate it effectively in exams, essays, and academic discussions.
