My name is Jaime Alonso Rodriguez Gómez and I am a trilingual specialist with extensive work experience in language-related areas such as teaching, translation, customer service, and linguistic advice, among others. I consider myself a committed and proactive person, always willing to collaborate in a work environment in which I can apply my knowledge for the benefit of the institution that I am part of. I have leadership and management skills focused on achieving business objectives, with experience in managing indicators and metrics, as well as teamwork and effective communication to achieve consensus. I have worked in several companies, such as Sutherland SGS, Medtronic, Amazon, Teleperformance Colombia, Polýglottos A.L.M., Holloway Institute, Easy Idiomas Colombia and Multilingüa, among others, in different roles related to Spanish, English and Portuguese. In addition, I have a solid background in languages, with Technical studies in Modern Languages (French-English), training in language teaching techniques and marketing skills, communication skills and teamwork, organization, time management, among others.
