Hello! My name is Alexandra and I am currently a Modern Languages student in my fourth year in Madrid. I was born in Romania and I know Romanian, and I've lived in Switzerland since I was little, so I have a native level in German. I am teaching German since a little over a year, mostly to adults and university students, and have experience with teaching conversational skills, grammar, reading and listening. Since I am studying my whole degree in English, it is a language that I am using on a daily basis and I could help those who are level A1-B2, including preparing exams. As for German, I can help those with the levels A1-C2, also including language exams. As for the organization, I normally work with documents that I have specifically designed for classes, as well as with different books. In the case of booking the classes and not attending them or not changing the date, the class will be lost. The same applies if the class is changed with less than an 8 hours notice. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

• Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel booking up to 8 hours before the lesson starts, indicating the reason for the cancellation. We will study each case personally to carry out the refund.
• How do I pay for the lesson?
At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:
- Debit / Credit
- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.
• Can I modify a booking?
Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".
• Where are the lessons held?
The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
