Non mi fermo di fronte alle sfide e faccio sì da trasmettere l'importanza della perseveranza e dell'impegno nella ricerca del successo. Punto molto su un mix di empatia e creatività perché ritengo siano elementi cruciali del processo formativo. Ho un profondo interesse per il benessere emotivo di chi seguo e faccio in modo da creare sempre un ambiente in cui chi studia con me possa sentirsi compreso e supportato, facilitando così apprendimento e sviluppo personale. Ogni studente è unico perciò non ho un modello standard di lezione; nell'ottica di una didattica costruttivista, strutturo la lezione in base ai tempi, obiettivi e doti di ciascun allievo. Con pazienza, sorriso e buona capacità di comunicazione faccio in modo da spiegare anche i concetti più complessi in modo chiaro e accessibile.
