Hi, I’m Sandra! ☀️ My education and experience: I’m a linguist (Bachelor's degree) and a certified teacher of Russian as a foreign language. For three years now, I’ve been helping adult students learn Russian. ☀️ Why do my students choose me? I can talk to you about anything, and it’s always interesting.” “She makes me want to keep learning, even when I'm overwhelmed by frustration and feel like nothing’s working.” ☀️ What a standard lesson looks like: The backbone is a proven textbook - grammar, phonetics, vocabulary, reading, listening, discussions. We try to speak only Russian during the lesson - maximum practice. Homework is flexible: minimum - learn vocabulary, for those who have more time for homework - I send some exercises in the chat to reinforce what we’ve learned. ☀️ Other formats (tailored to your needs): + Articles - I send you the material, you study at home, and we discuss it in class with new vocabulary. + Conversation practice - studied a topic and have no one to practice with? Come chat with me. + Cooking lesson - never made borscht before? Let’s cook it together. Any other request - we’ll discuss it individually. ☀️ My teaching philosophy: Better to speak without cases than stay silent with them.
