As we begin a process Food Coach, whatever your goal, lose weight, gain muscle mass, diet change, etc. During the process we will analyse in depth the habits and what they mean, and the behavioral change. We will make weekly practical exercises.
Of course this whole process has to be accompanied by knowledge, so also will review the properties of food, hormonal cascade effects, how they influence your emotions in your diet and vice versa. Identify your main emotions that make your decisions and behaviors to work with them.
