My name is Efi, and I am a native Greek tutor.
My courses are very beginner-friendly, and I also focus a lot on having fun while learning! The most common plan I use is a 3 hours a week plan that is consisting of 2 lessons of 1.30 hours each. If you choose this it is possible for you to reach B1 level in Greek in 6 months! Another plan I use is the intensive courses. These consist of 10-20 hours per week! These are suggested if you have more time to give to your Greek learning and by choosing these you could even reach B1 level in one month!

Πριν από ένα χρόνο, έπειτα από τις σπουδές μου στο τμήμα φιλοσοφικών και κοινωνικών σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης, ξεκίνησα να διδάσκω ελληνικά, κυρίως δια ζωσης. Μαζί μπορούμε να βελτιώσουμε τις προφορικές και γραπτές σας ικανότητες στα ελληνικά ή να προετοιμαστούμε για εξετάσεις ή κάποιο πτυχίο. Προτιμώ το μάθημα να είναι αποτέλεσμα συνεργασίας και όχι η διδασκαλία να γίνεται στείρα από τον καθηγητή! Experienced teacher ( with more than twenty years of teaching ) gives online lessons of ancient Latin and Greek, philosophy, history, Italian Literature/ language. I can provide lessons suitable to first learners , intermediate students or advanced ones. My method involves step by step solutions ( regarding translations), focusing on how to solve particular textual passages. Grammar rules, idiomatic sentences, lexical explanations will be explicitly and extensively analysed and notes will be added to summarize the content of each lesson. My goal is delivering clear and complete lessons, covering whatever is needed to help the students and foster further knowledge. Human touch, patience and kindness are my core values , when I teach. My formal background was completed at the University degli Studi di Genova , where I studied literature, classical languages, history and philosophy. Since then , I have constantly kept myself up to date, improving my skills both throught the process of teaching and by exploring the latest teaching methods. I am passionate about what I do, considering teaching the best way to connect with people, spreading my knowledge and helping others to find their own vocation.
