My journey as an ESL educator began in 2012 when I undertook a volunteer internship at Genius Synapses in Bangkok, Thailand. During this role, I taught Jolly Phonics at the kindergarten level, fostering foundational language skills in young learners. Later that year, I continued my commitment to early childhood education at Excel Global School in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, India. Beyond teaching Chinese students, I also held the role of Regional Business Representative in Africa, where I successfully recruited teachers for the company, showcasing my leadership and organizational skills. What sets me apart is my passion for education and my ability to adapt to various teaching environments, whether in-person or online. My experience working with students of different age groups and cultural backgrounds has given me the tools to connect with learners and inspire their growth. Additionally, my time as a Regional Business Representative demonstrates my ability to take on responsibilities beyond teaching, contributing to broader organizational goals.
