Hi there! My name is Danielle. My native language is English but, I began teaching Sign Language at a Summer Camp that I held in my home, over 2 years ago. Whereas, I began teaching English 6 years ago at a school. I have been teaching ASL, and English, to children and adults, through online platforms for 3 years. However, I had started teaching children with Special Educational Needs about 6 years ago, it was during that time that I fine tuned my language and teaching skills. I have worked at various schools and on different online tutoring platforms. I am also able to speak Spanish and French at an intermediate level, while I speak Japanese at a very basic level. I love teaching and believe in hands-on, adaptive and interactive learning. I have been teaching for over 6 years. I have a teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Diversity and Inclusion in Education, Educating Deaf Children, and American Deaf Culture. As well as, years of training in Special Education, Teaching and using online platforms.
