Hello, my name is Jacob and I am from London, UK. I am a certified IELTS tutor and have a Masters degree in teaching English as a second language. I have been an English teacher for almost 12 years. I currently live in Munich, where I have been for 6 months. Previously I was based in Saudi Arabia and worked at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology teaching English to staff, students and other members of the community. I completed an MA-Tesol (Masters degree in English Teaching) at the University of Nottingham) in 2024. I am also a certified IELTS instructor. I like my students to feel comfortable, to gain confidence in communicating and learning, therefore my lessons focus on communication, though all my lessons are individually tailored so that they can meet the needs of the student and help them achieve their goals.
