Hello :) My name is Camille, I am 28 and I am passionate about yoga, as well as theater, dance and singing. Thanks to my study in tourism, I had the chance to travel a lot and discovered the world of yoga! Now, I am able to adapt my sequences to lot of style and level. Indeed, I am customing my courses with traditional Hatha or Vinyasa yoga mixed with spontaneous and free spirit, that is caracterising me. I love to create my courses with a theme (narrow down on the posture or add spiritual, psychological, philosophical aspects) and still being present to adapt with expectations and moods of my students. A basic course start with a short meditation then a Asanas (postural yoga) part where I am adapting the intensity to conclude with a soft relaxing part. What is the most important for me is that everyone feel the power of yoga during the practice in order to incorporate it into their daily life. That you would like to discover yogi philosophie, that you want to learn how to be at ease into each postures or just giving yourself a pleasant moment, I am here to carry you :)
