After graduation I always did repetitions, especially to high school students who had to prepare for the final exam. Given the experience, I started teaching in a private school in the afternoon to those kids who had to recover some subjects or who had to prepare for a particular exam. During the covid I made a journey with a university student who had to prepare two exams that I had already given years ago. We did it online, and I have to say I'm very happy with the results. Graduated from a Technical Institute in Economics, Finance and Marketing with 100/100. Graduated in Economics and Finance in English in Bologna with 110 cum laude. Once we understand the student's goal, we make a plan together to achieve that goal. During the lesson I give as many examples as possible to make the lesson more understandable and easier to remember; in addition I ask many questions to make the student think a lot. If they are wrong at first, I am happy: it is from mistakes that we learn, and therefore it is right not to be afraid of them but to use them as teachers. In addition, I am an easy-going guy, I don't want to build a Student-Professor relationship, but a Student-Assistant relationship. "Everyone can learn, it's just a matter of practice"
