Hi everyone! I've been teaching languages for over three years, starting as a tutor for English and Chinese, then becoming a full-time high school English teacher, and now teaching Chinese online. Teaching Chinese has been especially fascinating because it's connected to many different situations and has its own unique sounds and beautiful writing. As a Chinese person, I love sharing our culture and customs while teaching. I studied education in college, so I know a lot about teaching theories. When I taught high school, I used these theories in real classrooms. My teaching style focuses on making classes fun and interactive, putting students at the center and working towards specific goals. Preparation is a cornerstone of my teaching methodology—I invest significant time in selecting appropriate materials, methodically organizing teaching content, and crafting engaging introductions, activities, and practice sessions.
