Explaining subjects is one my of my strong suits; I like doing it and do it with patience :) Speaking and writing Dutch are both part of the program, unless you only choose one of them. When you take the trial lesson with me, you will notice that the learning experience happens in a relaxed and casual way. We will talk as friends and at the same time, you will learn quickly :)

• ¿Puedo cancelar una reserva?
Sí, puedes cancelar una reserva hasta un máximo de 8 horas antes de la clase, indicando el motivo de cancelación. Estudiaremos cada caso de forma personal para proceder a la devolución del importe.
• ¿Cómo realizo el pago de la clase?
En el momento en que selecciones una clase o un pack de horas, podrás realizar el pago mediante tarjeta de débito o crédito.
Una vez realices el pago de la clase, recibirás un e-mail de confirmación de la reserva.
• ¿Puedo modificar una reserva?
Sí, siempre puede surgir algún imprevisto, por lo que podrás cambiar la hora o el día de clase. Puedes hacerlo desde tu área personal, dentro de "Clases programadas", en la opción “Cambiar fecha”.
• ¿Dónde se realizan las clases?
Las clases se realizan en el aula virtual de Classgap, desarrollada para el ámbito formativo con muchas funcionalidades específicas para ello, como el vídeo-chat, la pizarra virtual o el editor de textos a tiempo real. Are you an absolute beginner in Dutch? Or do you already speak some Dutch but want to improve certain competences? I'll work with you to make the lessons fitting your profile as much as possible. I have experience teaching and I conducted quite some didactic courses. Dutch is my mother tongue, but my passion for languages also extends to other languages. I also speak English, Spanish, Catalan and French. I'm very patient and will always aim to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere so that you feel completely comfortable to learn and practice the language.
