Hello! I'm Jarid, a dedicated and experienced English instructor from South Africa with a passion for helping others communicate effectively. Over the past four years, I have been teaching English online, and I hold a TEFL certification. My teaching style is interactive and focused on real-world conversations, making learning both practical and enjoyable. In addition to my work in education, I love spending time outdoors and playing bowls, which helps me stay balanced and energized. My previous experience working at an international airport gave me the unique opportunity to engage with people from diverse cultures, deepening my understanding of the many nuances of communication. This experience has greatly enriched my approach to teaching, allowing me to connect with students from all backgrounds. Currently, I’m also working as a kitchen installer, where I combine my precision and design skills to create beautiful, functional spaces.
