My name is Hongyu Zhang, a native Mandarin speaker from Langfang, Mainland China. In college, I majored in English. I can speak fluent English. I obtained the Certificate of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language. My Mandarin leverl is grade one B. I have worked in China's tourism industry for 17 years and received tourists from 46 countries. I have one year of online Chinese teaching experience. I like music, calligraphy, photography, cooking, gardening, cats, crafts, travel and so on. I believe I can help you improve your Chinese ability. My courses mainly include Pinyin, Chinese Character literacy, Chinese Grammar, HSK test, conversation & tutoring. I work with elementary to intermediate students over 5 years old. I can use the textbooks you like, and I can also recommend textbooks and study materials to you to help you learn Chinese systematically. The biggest motivation of learning any new knowledge is interest. In class, I will use charts, pictures and some online teaching tools to do some activities, games and tests to make learning easier and more efficient.
