Mercy

I majored in Chinese language and literature (teacher training), and I have worked part-time as a customer service agent for a culture and media company during college holidays, and as a classroom teaching assistant in different educational institutions. I think about the teaching mode and thinking habits of teachers when facing students with different students' situations; I think about how I would teach this class if it were me, so that I can find my own shortcomings and deficiencies in comparison, and reflect in order to make progress. I believe that these experiences are part of the forging of my character and abilities, allowing me to progress and grow through self-reflection. All of these experiences have also laid the foundation for my future career as a teacher, allowing me to enrich and accumulate my experience in dealing with problems in real situations, as well as the optimal ways and means to treat students, treat colleagues and parents, get along with people, and improve myself, which I have been searching for since my first internship.
