Hello, I’m Amanda from China. I grew up living in many different cities across China and am currently based in Beijing. This life experience has given me a deep understanding of the history, culture, customs, cuisine, accents, and dialects of various regions in China.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I went to the University of Glasgow, Scotland for master degree. Through language and cultural exchanges with classmates and friends from around the world, I came to realize that language is the key to exploring the world and a tool to satisfy your curiosity about another culture—not just a means to pass exams.
Additionally, I have a wide range of hobbies and interests: skiing, diving, cycling, hiking, mountain climbing, boxing, dancing, hosting events, music, cooking, and mixology. If you share any of these interests, we can learn to express everything you want to say about them in a new language!
