About me Hello, Music aspiring folks. I am Venkatesh. I am a freelancing session Guitarist and a reverent Music teacher. It's been 6 years since I gave my first guitar lesson and been successfully making many students dream come true to play The Guitar and to furnish a strong musical base in a more flabbergasting way. I believe learning guitar could be the most boring task on earth if not mastered by someone who feels the same. I underwent several guitar teaching workshops to enhance the art of teaching and to construct step by step guidance in an amusement manner. Come learn and make this world musical. Musical Journey Well, my musical journey was not something stereotypical. Initially, I started learning guitar being jealous of a friend who used to show off to us his playing skills. And I too started learning guitar. I Have heard somewhere that a single lesson can change someone's life. It happened to me. The person from whom I learned to play the guitar inspired me to make music from every inch of our soul. Along with music, he inspired me to teach. Then I underwent many musicians to enhance my skills in both playing and teaching.I have collaborated with many artists and performed on ample occasions. Now I work with a Heavy Metal Band and soon will be coming up with our debut album. Approach to learning I Have contributed my life's ample time to structure the method of teaching which I implement and experiment with my every student and have successfully eliminated the boring teaching methodology. I believe that an excellent performer may not be the best teacher but an average performer can bring the best out. Every teacher tries to comfort their student to be a guitarist, but I always push them to become a musician. I work with the pace of student but not with the pace of targets or accomplishments. I teach for my passion. Money is the byproduct. My approach to learning will be always to bring the music and the passion which hides behind the curtain. Performance achievement I hold Grade 8 Degrees from Both Rockschool and Trinity. Have undergone Teaching workshop by Rowan J. Parker, a guitarist from Scotland and the chief course developer for Yamaha school of Music. I Hold a Distinction degree in music theory by ABRSM (Associated Board of Royal Schools of music) London. Have won several competitions in North India with my band and also earned the best guitarist award. I hold a Distinction degree from Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad in Classical guitar (Junior Diploma 2).
