Hello, my name is Dylan Labon. I am a music performer, composer, and a teacher. My lifelong passion for music first awoke 20 years ago when I began learning the cello and euphonium in school music classes. Ever since then, my entire life has been spent pursuing a career in music. I started work in the music field at the age of 16 as a beginner cello instructor, which is a job I still do today. After high school graduation, my school hired me as an assistant marching band technician. I held this position for seven years before I decided to finally earn a music degree. As of 2024, I am a recent graduate of the recording branch of the Los Angeles Film School where I obtained a bachelor's of science in music production. I hope to continue my journey in music as a teacher, and I would be overjoyed to instruct beginner and intermediate players of any age.

I have been teaching piano and music theory fоr around 15 years at conservatoires, private institutes and one to one lessons. I have prepared students from grade 1 to grade 8 ABRSM exams as well as for piano competitions with excellent results. In addition, the past few years I have been working as a composer and a music engraver. I teach piano, music theory and composition. I am an enthusiastic and patient teacher. My approach is focused on music comprehension, building a strong repertoire and developing the necessary skills and technique for playing the piano and/or writing music. Lessons' structure is formulated on an individual basis depending on the student's' level and goals.
