Hello everyone! I am a guitarist and composer that plays in groove, jazz fusion, funk, and Balkan music bands. I have learned with guitarists such as Sheryl Bailey, Maurice Arenas, and followed a course at the Amsterdam Conservatory on the rhythms of Carnatic music (South India). I have been a guitar teacher (electric and acoustic) for about 10 years, and I offer lessons for students of all levels. The lessons are tailored to each student's desires and objectives. The styles we can cover include: Groove, funk, jazz, fusion, blues, rock, pop... During the lessons, particular attention will be given to posture, technique, rhythm, and tone. Hello! I’m Sarah and I’m a Classical Soprano in my final year at the Royal Northern College of Music. I would describe myself as open, vibrant, and engaging.
